BikeSeven Cycle Service is a UK based business and complies with UK consumer law. What does this mean for you? It means that we're here to help, you'll get the things you order without being ripped off and if there are any problems, we'll sort them out. By coming to Bikeseven.co.uk you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
If you place an order with BikeSeven you agree that all the information given is complete and accurate. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email is only an acknowledgement and will not constitute that we have accepted your order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If for some reason we cannot accept your order we will be in contact with you by email or phone and refund any amount you've already paid us. At BikeSeven we make every effort to supply you with the items you have placed an order for.
Stock & Delivery
We try our best to make sure items we sell online are in stock, unless otherwise stated on the pages themselves, if something is not in stock we will be in touch as soon as we can to make you aware of shortages.
BikeSeven has no liability to you for any delay that might occur in the delivery of any items you have ordered. We always aim to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, but if the delay is too long, you have the right to cancel that delayed order at anytime, just give us a call (01228 792497) or email (email@example.com)us with your order number.
ORDERS ARE NORMALLY DESPATCHED WITHIN 24 HOURS of ordering and we use NEXT DAY FEDEX for larger parcels and ROYAL MAIL for smaller packets.
