Your Bikeseven Webshop Order placed before 2pm on weekdays will usually be shipped that same day. However please allow extra time for delivery in case of unforeseen delays. If you place your order in the UK and are opting for Express Delivery it will be shipped by 1st Class Royal Mail or Next Day Courier. Please always leave a mobile phone number so we may contact you.

Delivery Time Estimates
Standard Delivery UK - Delivery aimed for 2-3 working days.
Express Delivery UK - Delivery aimed for the next working day if ordered before 3pm, throughout much of the UK (mainland only).
Standard Delivery EU - Delivery aimed for 10-15 working days.

Rights, Returns and Refunds

Your right to cancel an order for goods (made at a distance or in-store) starts from the moment you place and pay for your order and ends 14 days from the day youtake receipt your goods. You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty goods within 30 days of collecting or receiving the order.
