Web Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually shipped that same day but please allow extra time for deliveries in case of delays, customers in the UK opting for Express Delivery will be shipped on time unless we encounter an issue in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time Estimates
Standard Delivery UK - Delivery aimed for 2-3 working days.
Express Delivery UK - Delivery aimed for the next working day if ordered before 3pm, throughout much of the UK (mainland only).
Standard Delivery EU - Delivery aimed for 10-15 working days.

In store and online bike sales, from BIKESEVEN, are always inspected and built to the highest standard by our Cytech certified technicians before being handed to our customers. Online sales are packed with minimal reassembly required and instructions included.

Bike Assembly Guide
We enclose a bike assembly guide with every bike we ship; the guide covers everything you're likely to need to do when you receive the bicycle as some components, such as handlebars, may need to be altered or removed to allow safe shipping.
