The finance plan we offer is provided through V12 who provide intelligent retail finance through cutting edge technology which gives Bikeseven the ability to better service their customers, and customers the freedom to purchase how, when and where they want. The exclusive V12 plan provided through ACT is based on a 12month period and is attracting 0% interest. There is a small arrangment fee payable to Bikeseven. More information to follow.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 7 workdays, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response at 7 workdays, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
